He was predeceased by: his father Richard Maynard; his grandparents, Barton "Bud", Dorothy Maynard, Charles and Christine Howard; his grandfather-in-law Frances Ferguson; his brother-in-law Robert "Bo" Turman; his wife Georgette Maynard of Franklin; his children, Makayla (Joe) of Groveton and Brady (Maegan) of Groveton; his siblings, Barton "Buddy" Blackstock (Belinda) of Groveton and Lisa O'Quin (Wayne) of Houston; his grandchildren, Cason, Joey and Kessinger; his parents-in-law, Jean Essman (Roy) and Robert Turman (Faye); and his siblings-in-law, Sheral Turman Hagar (Bud), Becky Essman, Kenneth Essman (Shannon) and Sloan Essman (Melanie).
He is survived by: his mother Linda Howard Maynard (Groveton); his aunts and uncles, Lawrence Maynard (Stephanie), Barbara Maynard Davis, Wanda Howard, Darrell Howard (Kim) and Josh Howard (Misty); his nephew Coty Lee Blackstock (Jenny); his nieces, Brittany Joyce Blackstock, Kasi Michelle Bartsch and Melanie O'Quin Mills; his great-nephew Branson; and his great-nieces, Emery, Sophie and Conley.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the McCauley Funeral Home (101 E Decherd St, Franklin, TX 77856). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the McCauley Funeral Home Chapel (101 E Decherd St, Franklin, TX 77856).
