He is survived by: his wife Shirley Perez of Franklin; his children, Christy Amos of Franklin, Priscilla Perez-Fuchs of Franklin, Tyrone Perez of Bryan, Carlos Perez of Bryan, Ubaldo Fernandez Jr. of Franklin and Matyo DeJesus Perez Fernandez of Franklin; his brothers, Rafel Perez of Mexico, Encarnacion Perez of Mexico and Author Perez of Mexico; his grandchildren, Rose Amos, Shelby Amos, Cinia Fuchs, Cyrus Fuchs, Carlos Fuchs, Caleb Perez, Trevon Perez, James Brunson, Hannah Brunson, Victoria Hisaw Perez, Jace Fernandez, Alana Valdez, Eli Valadez, Isreal and Abby Rodriquez; and his great grandchild Elijah Vivian.
