He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Milberger and Lena Milberger; his sons, Lionel John Milberger, Jr. and Will Charles Milberger; his brother Louis Milberger; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Plagens.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Brooks Milberger; his siblings-in-law, Jean Baker (Howard Monroe), Wayne (Pat Brooks), Nelda (William McClure), Bobby Brooks and Billy Plagens; and his brother Willie (Josie Milberger). He is also survived by four granddaughters and numerous nieces and nephews.
