He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Williams and Ona Lee Spencer Williams; his nephews, Justin Ferreri, Tyler Varvel and Scott Sanders; and his niece Kelsey Roe.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Wilkerson of Franklin; his sons, John Michael Wilkerson (Kristi) of Caldwell and David Attaway (Amber) of Gatesville; his brothers, Bruce Williams and Earl Williams; his grandchildren, Harper Wilkerson, Brandi Jenkins, Nathan Attaway, Cody Attaway, Makayla Attaway, Adyson Attaway and Tyler Hommel; and his mother-in-law Pebble Varvel. He is also survived by sisters-in-laws, brothers-in-laws and other relatives.
