He is survived by: his wife Fay Arron Moseley of Vero Beach, FL; his brother Dale Upton Moseley (Betty Ann Moseley) of Miami, FL; his children, Jack Upton Moseley (Susan Perry Moseley), Judith Ann Moseley Whitehead (Chuck Whitehead), Joy Elizabeth Ross (Michael Ross) and James Jeffery Moseley of Bandera; and his grandchildren, Chad Moseley (Renee) of Bandera, Clint Moseley (Jennifer) of Katy, TX, Trey D'Spain (Stephanie) of Bandera, Travis D'Spain of Bandera, Jacob Ross of Bandera, Ann Ross Hainline (Jason) of Haines, AK, Shelley Ross Ruiz (Dominic) of Bandera and Rebekah Ross of San Diego, CA. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
