He was predeceased by: his grandfather Tom Van Winkle. He is survived by: his parents, Tim Neff and Sarah Neff of Franklin; his siblings, Acelyn Neff of Franklin, Summer Neff of Franklin and Campbell Neff of Garland; and his grandparents, Rex, Betty Neff of Franklin, Linnea Van Winkle of Lubbock and Numerous. He is also survived by Uncles, Aunts, Cousins and extended family.
