He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Cochran; his grandparents, Norene Keith and Arthur Page; his aunt Doris Macks; and his uncles, Tommy Page and James Page.

He is survived by: his stepfather Daniel Cochran of Pasadena; his stepchildren, Maryann Simmons and Robert Rutherford; and his cousins, Jimmy Macks, Pamela Fontenot, David Macks, Troy Macks, Larry Macks and Darrell Macks.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a cancer research organization of your choice.
