He is survived by: his wife Sandra Baxter of Franklin; his daughters, Tracey Baxter Swift (Bo) of Las Vegas and Catherine Franklin Escobedo (Larry) of Pasadena; his sister Dorothy Pertle of Caldwell; his grandchildren, Obadiah King, J. W. Jackson, Rachel Jackson and Hannah Jackson; and his great grandchild J. J. Jackson. He is also survived by his family and friends.
