She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Tribble and Idella Johnson Tribble; her husband Gilbert Buchanan Sr.; her sons, Gilbert Buchanan Jr. and Ivan Dale Buchanan; and her granddaughters, Tobey King and Kristian Buchanan.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Stephanie Sanders (Phil) and Robert Gober (Jamie); her great grandchildren, Brandon Sanders, Kinleigh Lee, Tucker Gober, Colton Gober, Hagen Gober, Isaiah Sanders and Maeson Solis; her great great grandchild Bowen Gober; her sisters, Linda Dodson and Barbara McCombs; and her sister-in-law Helen Tribble. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the McCauley Funeral Home (101 W Decherd St, Franklin, TX 77856). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
