She was predeceased by: her parents, Arvin Batterton and Maisie Batterton (Tilda); her husband Owen Cook Jr.; her stepdaughter Mary Sue Cook; and her granddaughter Carmen Davis.
She is survived by: her son Owen Cook III; her daughter-in-law Angelia Cook; and her grandchildren, Christopher Cook, Christie Lane, Timothy Tharp, Susie Davis and Angelina McCloud.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Greenwood Memorial Park (3100 White Settlement Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76107).
