He was predeceased by: his parents, Lela Harbin and Bill Harbin; and his daughter Linda Harbin. He is survived by: his wife Fleda Harbin; his daughters, Deborah Steiner, Sheree Lindsey (Dennis) and Vickie Toon (Lance); and his grandchildren, Sandy Jutte, Scott Steiner, Chris Byrd, Kevin Byrd, Brandon Finley, Anna Toon and Mason Toon.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harrell Funeral Home (112 N Camden St, Dublin, TX 76446). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Harrell Memorial Chapel.
