He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Lee Rutledge and Dovie Mae Clark; and his siblings, Hubert Rutledge, Jr., Tommy Rutledge, Ricky Rutledge, Lois Cook, Gladys Sijansky, Betty Love, Linda Rutledge and Gennie Neal.
He is survived by: his brothers, Roger Rutledge, Gary Rutledge, Terry Rutledge and Donny Rutledge. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home (512 N Ridgeway Dr, Cleburne, TX 76033). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel (512 N Ridgeway Dr, Cleburne, TX 76033). A burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at the Rosehill Cemetery (405 Watters St, Cleburne, TX 76031).
