He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his sons, Jose Miguel Castillo (Crissy), Carlos Johnson (Hazel) and Marcus Johnson; his siblings, Elvin Castillo and Angel Castillo (Gloria); his grandchildren, Tavian, Trinity, Brooklyn and Theodore (Teddy); his in-laws, Theodore and Bernice Hunter; and his siblings-in-law, Winfred Hunter and Angela. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
