He is survived by: his mother Dilia Hernandez; his wife Manuela G. of Tena; his children, Padre Ruben Tena, Enrique Tena, Jesus Tena and Dilia Tena (Brenda Leticia Tena); his siblings, Saul Tena, Aduardo Tena, Luis Tena, Adelaida Tena, Rosalinda Tena and Mari Tena; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Emilio, Iker, Rafael, Diego, Julian, Gilberto, Johnathan, Eduardo, Jesus, Priscilla and Esequiel.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 11:30 PM. A rosary was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Carrillo Funeral Home - North Fort (2301 Ephriham Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76164). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church (201 Thornhill Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76115).
