He is survived by: his siblings, Jose Maria Vasquez (Florestella) of Harlingen, Texas, Fernando Canales of Fort Worth, Norma Linda Nava of Forth Worth, Texas, Patsy Lara (Edelvid) of Fort Worth, Maria Canales (Juan Artalejo) of Fort Worth, Texas, Elizabeth Canales (Pablo Matehuala) of Dallas and Monica Canales of Dallas, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, extended family members and a host of friends.
