He is survived by: his wife Katy Burris Pennington; his pets, Gus and Scout; his sister Abby Pennington of Aurora; his grandparents, Sandra, Gabe Godbey of Aurora, Judy and Butch Pennington of Thackerville; his in-laws, Kameron and Andrea Burris of Houston; and his siblings-in-law, Kye Burris of Gillett and Courtney Carpenter (Adam) of Houston. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
