He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Barron and Johnnie Bell Parks; and his son Robby Parks. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Randy (Patricia) and Karye McKinney (Zack); his daughter-in-law Beverly Lampley; his sister Nell Story (David Story); and his grandchildren, Jessica, James, Cody, Collin, Stephen Edward, Nicole Clary and Kelsey Bullock. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lucas Funeral Home - Burleson (518 SW Johnson Ave, Burleson, TX 76028). A burial was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the Burleson Memorial Cemetery (490 Memorial Plaza, Burleson, TX 76028). Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 1:15 PM to 2:15 PM at the Family Residence (9712 Lancelot Cir, Fort Worth, TX 76140).
