He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Jean Cook and Francis Orville Cook. He is survived by: his wife Jeanaliza; his son John Seth Cook (Allyse); his grandchildren, Hayden Joseph Cook and Abby Marie Cook; his siblings, Larry Cook (Karen) and Gerry Killian (William); his nephews, Kevin, Chris Cook and William Killian; and his niece Jamie.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Greenwood Funeral Home (3344 White Settlement Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76107). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at 2:15 PM at the Funeral Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery (2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211).
