With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Lee Martin of Fort Worth, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 15, 2025 at the age of 67. He was predeceased by: his wife Leyna Martin; his mother Loretta Ann King; and his brothers, Grady Martin, Jerry Martin and Amos Martin.
He is survived by: his daughter Courtney Martin (Bobby Victory); his grandchildren, John Gallagher, Woodson Victory and Victoria Gallagher (Hunter Withers); his great grandchild Wrenley Modrel Withers; his son Richard Martin; his grandchildren, Waylon and Rachel Martin; his stepson Mario Martin; his stepgrandchildren, Haley, Rizzo and Natalie Martin; his stepson Amos Martin; his stepgrandchildren, Amos Jr., Larissa, Mia, Maya and Anastasia Martin; and his siblings, Clarissa Howard, Rodney King (Barbara), Melissa Mackie (Jeff) and Lee Jay Martin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Alpine Funeral Home (2300 N Sylvania Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76111). A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mount Olivet Cemetery (2301 N Sylvania Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76111).
