She was loved and cherished by many people including: her wife Patricia "Trish" Tallman Palmore; her child Trish; her parents, Reginald Ellsworth Palmore, Jr. and Margaret Tallman; her grandparent Maurice Henry Tallman; her husband Lynwood K. Westmoreland; her children, Ashley Tallman Westmoreland Johnson (David) and Robert Marc Westmoreland (Christina Sampanes); her granddaughters, Anna Johnson, Lillian Westmoreland and Avery Westmoreland; and her brother Reginald E. Palmore III. She was also cherished by her children with love and mentor youngsters as a Cub Scout Den Mother.
