He was predeceased by: his parents, William Alvie Lewis and Sylvia Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Sallye "Sal" Lewis; his brother B. J. Lewis (Debbie); and his daughters, Cheryl Cuterer, Deborah Jacob, Barbara Lewis, Keri Barnett (Steve) and Kristin Johnson. He is also survived by many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mount Olivet Chapel - Greenwood Funeral Homes and Cremation (2301 N Sylvania Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76111). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at the Mount Olivet Cemetery (2301 N Sylvania Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76111).
