As Michael Ray departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Michael Ray may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Michael Ray leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Webb and Claudia Webb; and his sister Deborah. He is survived by: his wife Janice Webb; his children, Michael Webb, Kim and Angie; his stepdaughters, Lisa and Rhonda; and his brother Steven Webb (Martha). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

As an active member of the Masonic Lodge, he embodied the principles of brotherhood, charity, and integrity.
