He is survived by: his son Braiden Pitarro; his close friend Jaimie Reagan; his children, Isabella Zenteno, Jacob Brammer, Kaisley Jett and James Ramey; his parents, Sal Pitarro and Carole Pitarro; his brothers, Bryant Pitarro and Brent Pitarro (Lauren); his nieces, Brylee Pitarro, Blakely Pitarro and Maggie Pitarro; his nephew Harris Pitarro; and his grandparents, Don, Ann Spatafora, Barbara and Jay King.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made in Blake's honor to a cause near and dear to his heart, Friedreich's Ataxia Research Alliance (FARA).
