We are sad to announce that on October 25, 2024, at the age of 73, Michael Coleman Blackburn of Fort Worth, Texas, born in Paris, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Blackburn and Ira Blackburn. He is survived by: his wife Debra Blackburn; his children, Coleman Blackburn, Bret Blackburn (Courtney) and Taylor Fields (Ross); his grandchildren, Georgia Blackburn, Ben Blackburn, Addison Blackburn, Brady Blackburn, Charley Fields and Sullivan Fields; his mother-in-law Peggy Burgess; his brother Chris; his sisters-in-law, Vicki Stellar and Shannon Burgess; and his sister Cathy Moore (Fred). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Funeral Greenwood's Live Oak Chapel (3100 White Settlement Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76107). A reception will be held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Alzheimer's Association or Father's in the Field .
