She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Carey and Thelma Carey; her husband Charles Carter; her children, Melissa Sellen and Charles Scott Carter of North Texas; and her grandchildren, Jordan Chavez, Chloe Chavez, Bailee Carter, Alison Carter, Matthew Carter, Drake Sellen and Ava Sellen.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Breyley Room, Mount Olivet Chapel - Greenwood Funeral (2301 N Sylvania Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76111). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Mount Olivet Cemetery (2301 N Sylvania Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76111).
