She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Braznell and Louise Braznell; her husband Lawrence Coursey; and her son Ed. She is survived by: her daughter Cathy Gordon (Art); her grandsons, Cory Davis (Laura), Paul Coursey (Jodie), Ron Coursey (Crystal), David Coursey and Shane Standridge; her great grandchildren, Justyn, Payton, Jaiden, Alesha and Lawrence Coursey; her stepgrandchildren, Mark Gordon (Beverly) and Kelly (Mike); her sister Barbara Kimbrough; her nieces and nephews, Tarrie Barnett (Quentin), Charlotte Walker (Darren) and Dwight Wilfong (Suzi); her great grandchildren, Seth Gordon (Samantha), Brett and Brittany Martin; her great great grandchildren, Parker Nuby, Holden and Soren Martin; and also, Frank and Carolyn Shelton.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St Luke United Methodist Church (3200 Denton Hwy, Fort Worth, TX 76117). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Luke United Methodist Church (3200 Denton Hwy, Fort Worth, TX 76117). A burial will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 at the Mount Olivet Cemetery (2301 N Sylvania Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76111).
