He is survived by: his wife Lana Beth Bunch; his son Caleb John Bunch; his mother-in-law Julie Nunley; his daughter-in-law Ana Bunch; his siblings, Larry Bunch, Wayland Bunch, David Bunch, Donna Hogan, Iwana Hogan and Shirley Luce; and his grandson David Rhodes Bunch. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
