He is survived by: his wife Janet; his former wife Joan; his children, Steve Enders (Sandy), Kathy Rapach, Kris Doyle, Terry Enders (Anne), David Enders (Polly), Melissa Brown (Dan) and Debbie Sexxton Golden; and his stepchild Chris Mikula (Jennifer). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
