He is survived by: his daughter Pam Newby Kaatz Braly (Scott Roe); his grandson Alexander Ashkar; his daughter Angela Newby Kaatz Vandervoort (Mark Vandervoort); his grandchildren, Mark Vandervoort Jr. and Allison Vandervoort Ramirez (Francisco); his daughter Donna Newby Kaatz Bakouris (Mitchel Bakouris); his grandchildren, Erica Ross (Doug), Landon Minor (Karsen), Kason Bakouris and Bailey Bakouris (Christian Eltiste); his daughter Vonda Kaatz Klimaszewski; his granddaughters, Julia Hussey Maietta and Katherine Hussey; his great grandchildren, Asher and Olivia Ramirez; his siblings, David Kaatz (Rebecca) and Lorna Finkenbinder (Tom); and his siblings-in-law, Pam Kaatz (Larry), Earline Anderson (Ed), Manley Wood (Patsy) and James Wood. He is also survived by sons in law, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
