He was predeceased by: his parents, Arch Levi and Marie Cornelius; his wife Nancy Ewing Cornelius; his daughters, Debra Kay Story (James M. Story III) and Tina Ann Briscoe; and his siblings, Wylie Cornelius, A. J. Cornelius, LaVon Lord and Beth Snook.
He is survived by: his son Kerry Cornelius (Jeanie); and his son-in-law John. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; many family members and countless friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Arborlawn United Methodist Church (5001 Briarhaven Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76109).
