She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Hergert and Emma Jean Hergert. She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Ann Miles; her son-in-law Juan Jr. Maldonado; her granddaughters, Ashley, Brittany and Sherry Smithpeter; and her great grandchildren, Emery and Alice Rhodes.

A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Greenwood Memorial Park (3100 White Settlement Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76107).
