He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Rios Jr., Philip Rios and Gabriel Rios (Zinnia); his grandchildren, Joseph Christopher Rios, Amanda Rios, Desiree Rios (Sean Steets), Isaiah Rios, Michael Rios (Vanessa) and Zachary Rios; his great grandchild Aaron Rios; and his siblings, Carol Rodriguez, Lilly Flores, Juanita Garcia, Rosa Navajar and Ramon Rios.
