He is survived by: his wife Elinor Parnell; his son Wesley Parnell (Holly); his grandchildren, Cooper Jeffrey Parnell and Addison Mae Parnell; his sister Sandra Carnes; and his sister-in-law Dolores Parnell.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Greenwood Memorial Park (3100 White Settlement Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76107).
