With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice Marie Chavez (Fort Worth, Texas), born in Johnson City, Tennessee, who passed away on October 17, 2019 at the age of 74. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Eugene Collins and Molissie Collins; and her children, Lenora Cheney (Adam), David Andrews (Kathy), Karen Wright (Mike), Kevin Andrews (Janet) and Timothy Chavez (Jessica). She was also cherished by 20 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren as well as countless friends.
