He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thompson and Juanita Thompson. He is survived by: his children, Justin Thompson (Dayna) of Prairie Grove, Shelly Bell of Granbury, Natasha Thompson (Chase) of Granbury, Candis Nerio of Fort Worth and Lauren Thompson of Fort Worth; and his sisters, Melinda McKenzie of Fort Worth, Gay Pitman (Scott) of Fort Worth, Susan Duncan (Paul) of Eastland and Donna Robards (Clayton) of West. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wiley Funeral Home & Cremation Services – Granbury (400 W US Hwy 377, Granbury, TX 76048). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at the Fairview Cemetery (4200 Weatherford Hwy, Granbury, TX 76049).
