She is survived by: her sons, Brandon Thompson (Stephanie) and Gary Stiggers; and her brother William T. Smith, Jr.. She is also survived by six grandchildren, six great grandchildren.
Additionally, she was a volunteer for the Alzheimer's Association and a care giver to her mother that suffered with dementia.
