He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmond Westby and Katherine Roff Westby. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Johnson Westby; his children, Sean Westby (Christina), Kristen Westby Kanno (Robert), Summer Westby Solt, Jeremy Spence (Lauren) and Jonathan Spence (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Finley, Windsor Westby, Balin, Quin Kanno, Tegan Westby, Kai Solt and Jaxin Spence; and his sister Judith Westby Jordan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
