He is survived by: his wife Diane Hyatt of Weatherford, Texas; his daughter Cari Slovak (Craig Slovak) of Millsap, Texas; his grandchildren, Colton Bearden, Bradley, Emilee Slovak and Tyler Hyatt; and his great grandchildren, Addie Finley and Karver Bearden.
