He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel Altman and Marianne Altman; and his daughter Lindsay Altman. He is survived by: his wife Kendra Altman of Fort Worth, TX; his daughters, Kim Gordon and Mindy Altman; and his sister Patty Altman-Leeds.
