She is survived by: her husband Raymond Cook; her brothers, Chioy Che Poi, Chioy Che Hong and Chioy Che Fatt of Singapore; her daughters, Susan Cook of Fort Worth and Marianne Cook Pettijohn of Dallas; her grandchildren, Daphne Soo, Daniel Soo of Singapore, Savanna Smith of Denver, Alex, Malena Maese of Dallas, Miranda and Evan Smith of Fort Worth; and her great grandchildren, Marianne Neo, Vera Neo and Gregory Soo of Singapore. She is also survived by her mother, father, sisters, brothers and daughter.
