It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis E. Willoughby (Fort Worth, Texas), born in Concordia, Kansas, who passed away on April 24, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Adeline and Francis Ovid; and his brother Leland. He is survived by: his wife Paulette Willoughby; his daughter Sandra Groom; his siblings, Carl, Sue and Carol; and his grandchildren, Dakota, Doug Little, Drew Thomas and Amy Frye. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
