She was predeceased by: her parents, Hurshel Dunn Sr. and Jimmie Rhodes; and her nephew Lane Coates. She is survived by: her husband Ed Price; her children, Jeff Price (Brandy) and Rebecca Bickford (Chris); her siblings, Danette Pratt (Larry), Debra Kent, Danny Dunn (Donna) and Darla Tollefson (Scott); and her grandchildren, Caitlyn Price and Ruby Bickford. She is also survived by her family, friends.

The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Donna's preferred charity, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
