He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Parker and Donald Foard, Sr.; his wife Martha Brumley Foard; his daughter Holly; his son-in-law Terry Fain; his grandchildren, Will and Alii; and his siblings, Saundra Galloway, David and Robert.
