He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Fox and Pauline Fox (Bradley) of Fort Worth, Texas; his siblings, Sandford Fox of Fort Worth, Denton Fox of Dallas, Flodell Harding of Seneca and Wyvonn Jarvis of Longview, Texas; and his daughter-in-law Carol Fox of Fort Worth, Texas..

He is survived by: his wife Marnell Fox (Hamm); his children, Timothy C. Fox (Jennifer), Jeff D. Fox and Christy Raylene Fox; his siblings, Ron Fox and Diesta Owens; and his grandchildren, Morgan James Fox, Logan Austin Fox, Shelby Diane Fox and Gabriel Timothy Fox. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the North Point Church (933 Ranch Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76131). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Aurora Cemetery (507 Cemetery Rd, Aurora, TX 76078).
