He is survived by: his father Bill Ground (Bill); his brother Randy Ground (Sharon); his daughter Tiffany Walker (Cory); his granddaughters, Cora and Lola; his daughter Amanda Garner (Jay); his grandchildren, Layton, Emmett and Selah; and his great grandchild Zachary Ground (Samantha Davis).

Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Western Hills Church of Christ (8800 Chapin Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76116). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
