He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Eugene Allen and Mary Lee Carpenter. He is survived by: his sisters, Marcia Lee Jones (Edward Lee Jones) of Fort Worth, Wanda Jean Martin (Kenneth Martin) of Dallas and Adrian Harvey (Jackie Harvey) of Mineral Wells; and his children, Reggie Barnes (Michelle Barnes) of Jacksonville, Carmen Foy (Barak Foy) of Dallas, Ronald Allen (Michelle Allen) of Phoenix, Billy Allen Jr. of Dallas and Gabrielle Allen of Mckinney.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 1:15 PM.
