Billie Lou is survived by: daughters, Cindy Gifford (Donald) and Gay Kelley (Kirby); and grandsons, Allen Sturgeon and Brady Kelley.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lucas Funeral Home (1321 Precinct Line Rd, Hurst, TX 76053). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Arwine Cemetery (700 Arwine Cemetery Rd, Euless, TX 76040).
