He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Nunlee and Joyce Nunlee. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Celeste Nunlee; his sons, Michael Piazza and Jason Ray; and his stepdaughters, Francesca Piazza and Giovanna Brum.
