She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Tackett and Lydia Mosely Tackett; and her husband Joe "Pete" Pilgrim. She is survived by: her children, Joe Pilgrim of Ranger, Kathy Shaw (Randy) of Mexia and Jeanne Elam of Granbury; and her grandchildren, Robert Pilgrim, Cody Shaw, Cory Shaw, Eric Bumgarner, Craig Bumgarner, Chris Bumgarner and Jaclyn Elam. She is also survived by many great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
