He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Incarnacion Hinojos and Maria Infanta; his close friend Eva Munoz; his children, Ernesto, Gerardo, Fernando, Raul Jr. and Aracely Hinojos; his siblings, Ramon, Luciano Hinojos, Chavela-Isabel Hinojos and Celia Cordan; and his stepchildren, Nora Almodova, Alfredo Almodova, Eddie Munoz (Leticia), Jimmy Munoz (Lisa), Tony Munoz (Norma), Maria Ramirez (Mario) and Denna Baeza (Ramon). He was also cherished by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
